Attorney Lambert is an experienced Massachusetts courtroom litigator and competent negotiator. Having logged significant time in the courtroom Attorney Lambert is a poised and confident advocate. Outside of court he has built a successful track record of negotiating favorable settlements for his clients.
Mr. Lambert has successfully represented clients in high net worth divorce cases. Having handled cases involving complex matters such as the valuation of businesses, pensions, and real estate, Mr. Lambert has the experience to ensure that you receive a fair division of the marital estate. When handling sensitive issues regarding custody and visitation rights Attorney Lambert takes a common sense approach that preserves the best interest of the children
Attorney Lambert is also a member of the Children and Family Law Trial Panel and he represents children and parents involved with the Department of Children and Families and in disputed Guardianship matters. Mr. Lambert represents children and parents who suffer from drug and alcohol addiction, domestic violence, mental illness and homelessness. He has successfully reunited families who have had their children placed in foster care due to allegations of abuse and neglect.
After completing his service in the Marine Corps, Mr. Lambert attended Northeastern University graduating summa cum laude with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. Mr. Lambert attended Suffolk University Law School where he made the honor roll and earned his Juris Doctor. Attorney Lambert is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is a member of the Children and Family Law Trial Panel and he has served as Category F Guardian ad Litem.
